Training! As a staff member, you will enter into the life-changing ministry of Forest Cliff by growing in Christ, caring for kids, building relationships and having a lot of fun! We will provide you with everything you need to be successful. This includes activity training, conflict management training, excellent childcare training, suicide awareness training, and so much more! You will develop skills that will last you a lifetime – skills that you can apply to your education, career and future.
At Forest Cliff we are dedicated to the growth of our staff. We believe in the ability of our staff to care for kids in all situations. And it’s these experiences that shape and mold our staff into exceptional leaders.

Day Camp Requirements
- Completed grade 10 by Summer 2025
- Work at various day camp locations in London, ON & Area
Overnight Camp Requirements
- Completed grade 11 by Summer 2025 AND age 17 by December 2025. *Maintenance, housekeeping and kitchen staff must have completed grade 10 and be age 16
- Work at overnight camp location in Lambton Shores, ON
Volunteer
WHY VOLUNTEER AT FOREST CLIFF?
Serve and encourage kids! In volunteering with Forest Cliff you will have the opportunity to help make a child’s week at camp unforgettable. Volunteers play such an important part of camp – we couldn’t do it without you! Whether you’re helping in a cabin, cooking in the kitchen or cleaning washrooms, you will be investing in the value of camp. Forest Cliff is place where children, staff and volunteers alike have fun and grow.
Volunteer Hours! If you are a student volunteer, you can receive hours towards your high school community service requirements. Just bring your school’s tracking sheet with you and a designated staff member will sign it for you.
Discounts! If you are a parent volunteer, you may be eligible to receive a discount on camper registrations for your children!

Youth Opportunities
LIT (Leader In Training) Volunteer – completed Grade 9 by Summer 2025
Parent Opportunities
Cooking Team – work with our Forest Cliff Kitchen Team
Healthcare Team – volunteer for a week or more as a Registered Healthcare Professional alongside our Nurse’s Aid
Maintenance Team – use your skills to help with special projects around camp. Painting, building, landscaping and more.
